The faulty hardware item has been identified and replaced in the exchange and we are seeing services online now. If you are still having issue with your mobile broadband service please contact our support team.

There is currently an issue impacting a majority of our Mobile Broadband services. There is currently a field engineer on their way to the exchange to investigate the cause of the fault.

At this stage we do not have an expected restoration time.
