We have been advised by our data center provider we no longer need to move the equipment and we are now canceling the maintenance window.
Our data center provider has advised us that they need to conduct some works to the suite where our equipment is housed in Melbourne and requires us to relocate the equipment to a new suite.
We are planning to migrate the servers live to minimise the downtime to customers during this time, however, there is always an element of risk of something going wrong during the migration.
If your phone service is required to be available at this time please contact us via support@url.net.au and we can organise to move your account to run off one of our other servers outside of the Melbourne location. Please note, transitioning an account takes around 10 minutes and will mean your phone service is offline whilst it is transitioned.
