The issue impacting some NBN services was resolved around 9:30am AEST. We have been monitoring over the last couple of hours and services are stable. If you are still having issues please try restarting your internet router or contacting support.
We have seen a small amount of NBN connection disconnect as of 9am AEST. Not all connections have been impacted and the fault is being investigated at the moment. We will provide an additional update shortly.
