Our upstream provider indicates backhaul transmission path for our Coffs Harbour On-Net POI is impacted by flooding between Lismore and Brisbane. As the flood situation develops engineers will attend and correct the fault when conditions allow.

URL Networks have become aware of an outage impacting On-Net services on our Coffs Harbour Direct POI. This is impacting NBN services in the Coffs Harbour region. This is currently being investigated as a priority with upstream provider and carrier. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.
