The faulty hardware was replaced successfully and all services started to restore around 3 AM. If you are still having issues with your Victorian ADSL service please try restarting your router.
Telstra has advised they need to replace a faulty hardware component, the estimated restore time is 1 am 12/7/17.
Telstra has confirmed a problem with a hardware item in the Windsor (VIC) exchange. At this stage, there is no estimated restore time but the fault has been escalated with senior Telstra staff.
At present, there is an issue impacting ADSL services in Victoria. The issue is currently being investigated at the moment and we will provide additional updates shortly.
