We have received confirmation from our upstream provider the issue impacting authentication and data flow has now been resolved. If you are still having issues please contact our support team for further investigation.

Most ADSL & NBN connections have come back up online, however, we are aware of some customers are still having issues with authentication and no data flow.

Our provider has advised they will be carrying out additional works this evening between 20:00 and 23:59 AEST to rectify the ongoing issue.

We have identified that some DSL/NBN services may still be experiencing issues with data flow or auth after reboot. We are working with our supplier and will have an update shortly.

The ADSL & NBN issue has now been resolved, if you are still having issues with your internet connection please reboot your modem/router. If you are still having issues after rebooting please contact our support team.

Unfortunately, the ADSL & NBN fault with our upstream provider is still in progress. A fix is currently being tested, we plan to have more information available in the next 30 minutes.

Update - The issue is still ongoing, however parts are on route to the data centre and we are expecting the issue to be resolved overnight.

Update - Our engineers have identified a hardware issue and working on an immediate replacement. The ETR is currently 6:30 PM AEST.
