There is an intermittent outbound call issue currently impacting some of our VoIP services. We have been advised of an issue inside one of our supplier's networks. The issue is currently being investigated and we hope to have it resolved shortly.

You may be experiencing a delay after dialling a number, please wait for extra time and most of the calls will proceed.

You may also experience call drops.
