Emergency Planned Work - QLD nbn Services 30/05/2023

The maintenance work previously scheduled by our upstream carrier due to take place tonight (30/05/2023) has been cancelled due to the short notice and the extent of the impact.

These works will be rescheduled for a future date to be advised.

We have received a notice from our upstream carrier that emergency maintenance on the core backhaul link for QLD nbn services needs to be carried out tonight 30/05/2023.

The upstream carrier has advised that fibre splicing needs to be completed on the backhaul cable providing QLD nbn services.

Impact to services is expected to be minimal, but notice is being posted due to the possible risk.

The highest priority has been allocated to bringing any impacted services back online within the shortest possible timeframe.
