Melbourne Systems Upgrade

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
This coming Friday the 7th of April we will be conducting an upgrade to our network which requires us to turn off our Melbourne servers for a maximum of 45 minutes between 21:30 and 22:15 AEST.
The planned outage will result in a number of our services being unavailable whilst the works are carried out, however, all Broadband and Mobile services will be unaffected.
If you need your voice service to be available during the outage window please advise by Thursday the 6th of April 17:00 AEST and we will move your service to another server if possible Thursday Evening.
