The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing a major upgrade that will impact all NBN services (excluding NBN Enterprise Ethernet), this upgrade is being carried out in order to provide a more efficient and streamlined delivery of services.
Unfortunately, the upgrade will require a small amount of downtime and has been scheduled on the following dates and times depending on State:
Victoria - 28th of November at 10pm local time
Queensland - 28th of November at 10pm local time
Australian Capital Territory - 28th of November at 10pm local time
South Australia - 28th of November at 9:30pm local time
Tasmania - 28th of November at 10pm local time
During the above times, NBN services are expected to go offline for no more than 60 minutes with most returning within 20 minutes.
If you have a 4G backup service then your connection will switch over automatically to utilise the backup service and should there be any excess data charges incurred for this period they will be automatically waived.
