NBN has advised they will be performing works (signal alignment and software upgrade to Baseband board) to upgrade the capacity of the Fixed Wireless network in NSW and ACT which will cause a temporary impact to Fixed Wireless services.
Fixed Wireless Services may experience some downtime during the outage window. Any impacted services should recover automatically once the restorative works have been completed.
4G backup services should remain online throughout the outage window.
