The faulty hardware item at the Optus hub has now been replaced and 4G Mobile Broadband services have come back online.

If you are still having issues with your mobile broadband service please restart your device.

There is currently an outage impacting 4G services.

Carrier investigation has isolated issue to power event at Greenwich NSW Optus Hub, We are awaiting arrival of carrier field engineer who is delayed due to severe congestion on the roads caused as a result of the Sydney Trains Industrial action occurring today. We are awaiting arrival on-site for next steps and will advise as soon as confirmed.
