Optus has confirmed there was a national outage today and was resolved around 14:30 AEDT. If you are still having issues with your mobile broadband service or making calls please contact our support team.
We are observing some issues with Optus based mobile broadband as well as calls to and from the Optus network. The issue is currently being investigated, we apologise for the inconvenience.
